What Is it?
Vendor Screening is a new service  that’s  designed to simplify the process of screening your vendors.  The service is provided at no cost to you since your vendors pay a small annual fee to be on your approved vendor list.  We take  the burden of monitoring and tracking vendors off your hands and put it in the hands of experts.

Universities, hotels, General Contractors, property managers and condo associations; anyone who spends time and effort approving and monitoring the vendors they do business with.  

How Does It Work?
We monitor insurance coverage, license documents, do background checks and track any other requirements you have for your vendors.  We have proprietary systems to notify you if a vendor is out of compliance and provide a database of current documents that you can access online whenever you like.  We offer a variety of product and service packages which will be customized for your company, are industry standard and comply with Federal and State Laws throughout the United States.

What If I have Special Requirements?
In helping you establish your Vendor Compliance Program, we provide a customized procedure from start to finish, including the policies and procedures that your company will use for your staff and vendors.  With over 15 years of experience in the property management industry and an additional 10 years of law enforcement background, our team will make recommendations for your risk management solutions.

How Much Does It Cost?
The best part of our service is that it’s usually structured so it costs you nothing.  Instead, each of your vendors pays an annual fee to be approved for your vendor list.  

What Do Vendors Think About the Program?
Most of the vendors we work with actually like our service because it helps weed out less qualified vendors. They also get a certification that they can display on their website and use in marketing their services to other customers.  We even let them know if an insurance certificate is about to expire so they don’t miss a renewal date.  It’s a win-win situation.  

How do I get started?
We handle the entire process of setting up the program.  With your vendor list we send a letter to each of your vendors telling them you have designated us to track their compliance and directing them to our website or an 800 number to sign up.  We set up each vendor, track documents and train your staff how to access any information they need to access on our system.
